Working principle : 

The crushed biomass raw materials are squeezed by the granulator disc and pressure roller, discharged from the mold hole of the disc, and cut into particles of a certain length by a cutter fixed on the spindle. The particle length can be ensured by adjusting the upper and lower positions of the cutter, and the particles are sent out through the throwing disc and discharge port.

Advantages compared to traditional pellet machines:

1. The processing range is wide, and all the biomass raw materials we can find now, such as miscellaneous wood, pine wood, bamboo shavings, peanut shells, rice husks, straw, etc., can be made into granules without any additives.
2. The gearbox adopts multi-level gear transmission, and the gears are made of high-quality alloy steel with surface carburization and quenching treatment. After fine grinding and processing, the transmission is stable, low noise, high load-bearing capacity, low temperature rise, and long service life.
3. The main shaft, pressure roller shaft, main shaft bearing, and pressure roller bearing are all increased to withstand more than twice the original load.
4. Adopting a large diameter pressure roller, it has a large output, high granulation rate, uniform particles, and high particle strength.
5. By changing the layout of the holes in the flat mold, the contact area between the flat mold and the pressure roller is increased, which can greatly reduce the wear speed of the flat mold and improve its lifespan (this has been patented).
6. All bearings adopt a sealed structure, effectively preventing dust from entering, improving the working environment of the bearings, and extending their service life.
7. The shell is made of steel, greatly enhancing its strength and toughness, and will never experience shell fracture.
