A pellet machine is specialized equipment that converts various raw materials including sawdust, corn stalks, peanut shells, rice straw, cotton stalks, branches, edible fungus waste, and cow dung into high-density, flammable, and high-quality pellets for energy production.

The flat die pellet machine utilizes vertical pressure to compress raw materials into pellets. Biomass materials are fed into the feeding chamber and fall onto the flat die. The spindle drives the grinding plate to rotate while pressure rollers continuously roll through the material layer, forcing material into die holes where forming and shape retention occur. The extruded cylindrical material is cut by a cutter to form finished pellets, which are then discharged by the throwing plate.
