Product Description:
Piston pump is a positive displacement pump and a reciprocating pump. The piston pump causes the fluid medium to work through the pressure difference generated by the reciprocating motion of the piston in the piston cylinder, resulting in changes in the seal volume in the piston cylinder. By changing the working stroke of the piston, the flow rate of the piston pump can be controlled.
Applications:
Piston is an important piece of equipment in the hydraulic system. It relies on the reciprocating movement of the piston in the cylinder to change the volume of the sealing chamber to complete the oil absorption and compression. Piston pumps have the advantages of high additional pressure, compact structure, high efficiency and convenient flow adjustment, and are widely used in situations where high pressure, large flow and flow adjustment are required, such as hydraulic machinery, engineering machinery and ships.

Installation method of copper sleeve
If the plunger pump cylinder is inlaid with copper sleeves, it can be installed by replacing the copper sleeves. First, trim the outer diameter of a group of plunger rods to a uniform size, and then polish the outer diameter with sandpaper above 1000
Three methods for installing copper sleeves on the cylinder:
(a) hot installation of the cylinder or low-temperature freezing and extrusion of the copper sleeve, interference assembly;
(b) assembly with Loctite adhesive, this method requires grooves on the outer diameter surface of the copper sleeve;
(c) tapping the cylinder hole, machining threads on the outer diameter of the copper sleeve, applying Loctite adhesive, and screwing it in for assembly.
