Rotary vane vacuum pump single- and two-stage versions

1,Double-stage vacuum pump features: the vane groove on the rotor of the front stage pump adopts slant vane groove, the maximum closed working space formed by two adjacent vanes (rotor and pump body) increases, which improves the pumping speed. After the front vacuum pump, the rear vacuum pump is connected in series. Harmful space gas in the front vacuum pump is rapidly sucked in by the rear vacuum pump to improve the ultimate vacuum degree of pumping.

2,Characteristics of single-stage vacuum pump: The suction port is installed with a coarse filter of metal wire mesh. It prevents solid particles from being sucked into the pump chamber. The oil separator is equipped with a high-efficiency oil-air separation exhaust changeover switch. When the pump stops, the suction valve in the suction port isolates the pump from the pumping system and prevents the vacuum pump oil from returning to the pumping system. The pump is cooled by air.
