Description
MCH is Metal Ceramics Heater stands for Cermet Heater. MCH is a kind of ceramic heater which is printed on 92-96% aluminium oxide casting ceramic blank according to the design requirements of heating circuit. It is laminated by hot pressing and then sintered together by ceramics and metals under the protection of reducing atmosphere at about 1600 C. It has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, long service life, high efficiency, energy saving and uniform temperature. It does not contain harmful substances such as lead, cadmium, mercury, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls, polybrominated diphenyl ethers and so on. It meets the environmental protection requirements of EU RoHS.
