Quartz igniters (glow igniters) have a much longer service life and a much higher ignition rate than conventional steel igniters or ceramic igniters. By shortening the ignition process, the power consumption is also significantly reduced. Quartz igniters reach a higher temperature much more quickly and therefore also ignite pellets much faster.
