Overview

Industrial Annealing Chamber Furnaces are larger floor-standing furnace models. Doors could be open upward manually, working Temperature ranges from 300°C to 1200°C with capacities ranging from 96 to 3000 litres. Sufficient for numerous applications such as hardening or tempering, annealing, stress relieving etc. Programtherm provides a wide range of annealing chamber furnaces with capacity up to 3000L, temperature up to 1700°C. Each furnace can be designed with energy saving measures already integrated.

• High alumina brick insulated chamber build in arched roof with convection air ventilation system
• HRE heating elements wear on ceramic tubes and hang on five sides give an improved temperature gradient and optimal temperature uniformity
• Rugged Construction with fan cooling for low surface temperature
• Programmable muffle furnace with PID temperature controller 32 segments
• Type N thermocouple. Equips two pcs, one for temperature testing, the other for protection
• CE certified, standard

Safety Measures

• Built-in ammeter and dual voltmeters for easy monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Overheat protection shuts down the furnace if temperature is outside of acceptable range (refer to controller's manual) or when the thermocouple is broken or malfunctions
• Power failure protection resumes furnace operation right after the point of failure when power is reestablished
• Microprocessor based self-tuning PID control provides optimum thermal process with minimal overshoot

Application Notes

• However, toxic or explosive gases that may generate from the sample during the heating are not recommended for use with this programmable muffle furnace without necessary safety controls and supervision.
• Small cracks may appear on the surface of the refractory ceramics over extended use. This is a normal occurrence and the cracks may be repaired with alumina coating
