PM L12/12 is Box Type Resistance Muffle Furnace With Chimney. Adopt Carbon steel double housing and beautiful powder electrostatic spraying process. High temperature and corrosion resistant. Chamber lining uses 1500# ceramic fiber imported from Mitsubishi and formed by vacuum filtration,Wet vacuum filter forming, Integral molding.Heating element uses HRE alloy coil wire,3 sides heating,uniform temperature field. Temperature control system uses smart Shimaden PID temperature controller. Users can set 32 periods,high temperature control accuracy. Protection system with Power off, over-temperature, thermocouple breaking and burnout protection.An ideal tool for heat treatment, reaction studies, sintering processes and ceramic firing,such as grain and crude fiber ash testing, heat treatment, ceramic and glass sealing firing, ignition testing and heat treatment of steel parts in laboratories and industry.

Safety Measures

• The muffle oven furnace with built-in ammeter and dual voltmeters for easy monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Overheat protection shuts down the furnace if temperature is outside of acceptable range (refer to controller’s manual) or when the thermocouple is broken or malfunctions
• Power failure protection resumes furnace operation right after the point of failure when power is reestablished
• Microprocessor based self-tuning PID control provides optimum thermal process with minimal overshoot

• A ceramic chimney pipe installed inside the furnace chamber, and a stainless steel exhaust gas/smoke emission chimney is installed at the corresponding position at the rear of the furnace body, sealed with a ceramic plug
• Sample products may generate volatile gas or smoke during the sintering process, it can be piped out from the inside chimney pipe, and the pipe can be connected to the pipeline or installed a exhaust fan to discharge to the outside

Application Notes

• Small cracks may appear on the surface of the refractory ceramics over extended use. This is a normal occurrence and the cracks may be repaired with alumina coating.
• Please do not inject flammable, explosive or strong corrosive gases without safety measures.
