Smart Shimaden PID controller, 32 segments programmable,high temperature control accuracy.Suitable for a wide range of heat treatment applications on a wide range of materials, the ideal tool for preparing small-sized samples in materials research and daily use in dental laboratories.

Safety Measures

• Built-in ammeter and dual voltmeters for easy monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Overheat protection shuts down the chamber furnace if temperature is outside of acceptable range or when the thermocouple is broken or malfunctions
• Power failure protection resumes furnace chamber operation right after the point of failure when power is reestablished
• Microprocessor based self-tuning PID control provides optimum thermal process with minimal overshoot

Application Notes

• Small cracks may appear on the surface of the refractory ceramics over extended use. This is a normal occurrence and the cracks may be repaired with alumina coating.
• Please do not inject flammable, explosive or strong corrosive gases without safety measures.
