PC L1000/12 is a large floor-standing Industrial Chamber Furnace.Carbon steel double housing.Heavy type,cubic chamber.Chamber lining uses high alumina mullite bricks,high temperature and corrision resistance.Heating element uses HRE alloy coil wire,mounted on ceramic tube,5-sided heating,N-type thermocouple.Smart Shimaden PID controller, 32 segments programmable,high temperature control accuracy.Ideal for a variety of heat treatments and sufficient to meet a variety of applications such as quenching, tempering, annealing and stress relieving.

Safety Measures

• Built-in ammeter and dual voltmeters for easy monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Overheat protection shuts down the chamber furnace if temperature is outside of acceptable range or when the thermocouple is broken or malfunctions
• Power failure protection resumes furnace chamber operation right after the point of failure when power is reestablished
• Microprocessor based self-tuning PID control provides optimum thermal process with minimal overshoot

Application Notes

• Small cracks may appear on the surface of the refractory ceramics over extended use. This is a normal occurrence and the cracks may be repaired with alumina coating.
• Please do not inject flammable, explosive or strong corrosive gases without safety measures.
