Chamber uses High aluminum 1600# ceramic fiber,high resistance to rapid cooling and heating, good corrosion resistance and long service life.Heating element uses U-shape SIC rod,temperature uniformity,low consumption.Temperature control system uses smart Shimaden PID temperature controller,programmable 32 segments, high temperature control accuracy.Protection system with Power off, over-temperature, thermocouple breaking and burnout protection.An ideal furnace for ash content determination, heat treatment of metal parts, stone and ceramics, LOI testing in laboratories.

Safety Measures

• The muffle oven furnace with built-in ammeter and dual voltmeters for easy monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Overheat protection shuts down the furnace if temperature is outside of acceptable range (refer to controller’s manual) or when the thermocouple is broken or malfunctions
• Power failure protection resumes furnace operation right after the point of failure when power is reestablished
• Microprocessor based self-tuning PID control provides optimum thermal process with minimal overshoot

Application Notes

• Small cracks may appear on the surface of the refractory ceramics over extended use. This is a normal occurrence and the cracks may be repaired with alumina coating.
• Please do not inject flammable, explosive or strong corrosive gases without safety measures.
