PM L3/17 is a small benchtop, ceramic sintering Muffle Furnace.Carbon steel double air-cooled housing.The surface is environmental friendly, electrostatic powder spray-coated and baked,high temperature and corrosion resistant.Chamber lining uses Mitsubishi 1800# high aluminum ceramic fiber raw material,CNC carved,resistance to rapid cooling and heating, good corrosion resistance, long service life.Heating element uses U-shape new type MoSi2 rod,equip 4pcs,uniform temperature field and low energy consumption.Yudian PID temperature controller,programmable 30 segments, high temperature control accuracy.Protection system with Power off, over-temperature, thermocouple breaking and burnout protection.Suitable for a variety of heat treatment applications, such as ceramic sintering, glass sealing firing, ignition testing, gravimetric analysis, and heat treatment of steel parts, stone, etc.

Safety Measures

• The muffle oven furnace with built-in ammeter and dual voltmeters for easy monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Overheat protection shuts down the furnace if temperature is outside of acceptable range (refer to controller’s manual) or when the thermocouple is broken or malfunctions
• Power failure protection resumes furnace operation right after the point of failure when power is reestablished
• Microprocessor based self-tuning PID control provides optimum thermal process with minimal overshoot

Application Notes

• Small cracks may appear on the surface of the refractory ceramics over extended use. This is a normal occurrence and the cracks may be repaired with alumina coating.
• Please do not inject flammable, explosive or strong corrosive gases without safety measures.
