PM L12/17 is Laboratory high temperature Muffle Furnace.Carbon steel double air-cooled housing,the surface is environmental friendly electrostatic powder sprayed and baked, good high temperature and corrosion resistance.Chamber lining uses high aluminum 1800# ceramic fiber polycrystalline board,good corrosion resistance.Heating element uses U-shape new type MoSi2 rod,equip 6pcs,uniform temperature field and low energy consumption.Yudian PID temperature controller,programmable 30 segments, high temperature control accuracy.Protection system with Power off, over-temperature, thermocouple breaking and burnout protection. Suitable for a wide range of heat treatment applications and ideal for reaction research, sintering processes and ceramic firing in laboratories and industry.

Safety Measures

• The muffle oven furnace with built-in ammeter and dual voltmeters for easy monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Overheat protection shuts down the furnace if temperature is outside of acceptable range (refer to controller’s manual) or when the thermocouple is broken or malfunctions
• Power failure protection resumes furnace operation right after the point of failure when power is reestablished
• Microprocessor based self-tuning PID control provides optimum thermal process with minimal overshoot

Application Notes

• Small cracks may appear on the surface of the refractory ceramics over extended use. This is a normal occurrence and the cracks may be repaired with alumina coating.
• Please do not inject flammable, explosive or strong corrosive gases without safety measures.
