Product Overview
PT D60/600/12/2 is a 1200C Vertical Dual zones Tube Furnace with OD60mm Metal Tube. The furnace is designed with two heating zones with embedded alloy coil wire. The furnace tube is made of 310SS stainless steel tube with built in stirring blade, the effective loading volume is 10L. Especially suitable for the heat treatment process of granular materials, such as calcining ceramic oxide and graphite powder etc.

Safety Measures
- Built-in ammeter and dual voltmeters for easy monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Overheat protection shuts down the furnace if temperature is outside of acceptable range (refer to controller’s manual) or when the thermocouple is broken or malfunctions.
- Power failure protection resumes furnace operation right after the point of failure when power is reestablished.
- Microprocessor based self-tuning PID control provides optimum thermal process with minimal overshoot

Application Notes
- Quartz tube pressure should be lower 0.02MPa
- Gas source should equip the pressure reducing valve
- Before filling reduction gases like H2, should pump the air out of the tube
- When filling gases from gas inlet in the tube, should make sure the gas outlet valve open
