PM L8/12 is a Laboratory Bench Muffle Chamber Furnace with Vertical lifting door, high efficiency and energy saving, uniform heating. Carbon steel double housing. Bench Furnace chamber with embedded ceramic, high resistance to aggressive gasses and vapours. Heating element uses HRE alloy coil wire,3 sides heating, uniform temperature field. Temperature control system uses easy access to elements & controls for maintenance & servicing user friendly digital programmable controllers with graphic display of temperature, providing user levels, real time clock, program names and program log. Process data on a USB drive. Protection system with Power off, over-temperature, thermocouple breaking and burnout protection. Lift door design saves space, the door opening operation is safe and convenient, and the heating surface is away from the user. An ideal tool for laboratory and industrial material testing, annealing and sintering.

Safety Measures

• The muffle oven furnace with built-in ammeter and dual voltmeters for easy monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Overheat protection shuts down the furnace if temperature is outside of acceptable range (refer to controller’s manual) or when the thermocouple is broken or malfunctions
• Power failure protection resumes furnace operation right after the point of failure when power is reestablished
• Microprocessor based self-tuning PID control provides optimum thermal process with minimal overshoot

• A ceramic chimney pipe installed inside the furnace chamber, and a stainless steel exhaust gas/smoke emission chimney is installed at the corresponding position at the rear of the furnace body, sealed with a ceramic plug
• Sample products may generate volatile gas or smoke during the sintering process, it can be piped out from the inside chimney pipe, and the pipe can be connected to the pipeline or installed a exhaust fan to discharge to the outside

Application Notes

• Small cracks may appear on the surface of the refractory ceramics over extended use. This is a normal occurrence and the cracks may be repaired with alumina coating.
• Please do not inject flammable, explosive or strong corrosive gases without safety measures.
