PC L216/18 is a customized industrial chamber furnace for sintering specialty ceramics. Double carbon steel with fan-cooling housing, high temperature and corrosion resistance.The composite ceramic structure chamber, good insulation performance.The heating element adopts new type U-shape MoSi2 rods, evenly arranged in the left and right sides of the chamber. Equip an exhaust piping system, furnace top opening with automatic chimney device. Temperature control system adopts split design, smart Yudian PID controller, 30 segments programmable,high temperature control accuracy. It is an ideal furnace for high-temperature sintering, metal annealing and quality inspection in colleges and universities, research institutes, industrial and mining enterprises.

Safety Measures

• Built-in ammeter and dual voltmeters for easy monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Overheat protection shuts down the chamber furnace if temperature is outside of acceptable range or when the thermocouple is broken or malfunctions
• Power failure protection resumes furnace chamber operation right after the point of failure when power is reestablished
• Microprocessor based self-tuning PID control provides optimum thermal process with minimal overshoot

Application Notes

• Small cracks may appear on the surface of the refractory ceramics over extended use. This is a normal occurrence and the cracks may be repaired with alumina coating.
• Please do not inject flammable, explosive or strong corrosive gases without safety measures.
