PC L1000/12 is a large floor-standing Industrial Chamber Furnace.Carbon steel double housing.Square furnace chamber.Chamber lining uses high alumina mullite bricks,high temperature and corrision resistance.Heating element uses HRE alloy coil wire,mounted on ceramic tube,5-side heating,N-type thermocouple.Smart Shimaden PID controller, 32 segments programmable,high temperature control accuracy.This chamber furnace is mainly suitable for many kinds of heat treatment such as carbon products, metal, ceramic material sintering and so on.

Safety Measures

• Built-in ammeter and dual voltmeters for easy monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Overheat protection shuts down the chamber furnace if temperature is outside of acceptable range or when the thermocouple is broken or malfunctions
• Power failure protection resumes furnace chamber operation right after the point of failure when power is reestablished
• Microprocessor based self-tuning PID control provides optimum thermal process with minimal overshoot

• PC L1000/12 Industrial Chamber Furnace consists of four parts: dual-layer carbon steel shell, furnace chamber, exhaust discharging and temperature control system.

• Square chamber. Chamber lining uses high alumina mullite bricks,good high temperature resistance and high strength.Chamber walls tight coupling.
• Heating element uses HRE alloy coil wire,mounted on ceramic tube,5-sided heating,uniform temperature field,TMax 1200℃.
• The left and right sides of the chamber adopt double-row layout of the wire, with strong support in the middle part to prevent the ceramic tube from deformation and breakage due to self-weight under long-term use or high temperature.
• Arch-roof design, sturdy and durable with a long service life.
• The exhaust holes is arranged with openings at the top of the furnace chamber, convenient for the discharge of smoke or exhaust gas generated during the heating process.

Application Notes

• Small cracks may appear on the surface of the refractory ceramics over extended use. This is a normal occurrence and the cracks may be repaired with alumina coating.
• Please do not inject flammable, explosive or strong corrosive gases without safety measures.
