DX51D DX52D DX53D Galvanized Steel Coil 0.125-7.0mm Thickness 30-275g/m² Zinc Coating
Our galvanized steel coils are manufactured using continuous hot-dip galvanizing process, where steel sheets are immersed in molten zinc to create a durable protective coating. This process ensures excellent corrosion resistance, superior paint adhesion, and reliable weldability for various industrial applications.

The galvanized layer undergoes passivation treatment to minimize white rust formation during storage and transportation under humid conditions. While this chemical treatment provides limited corrosion protection, it may affect coating adhesion. Passivation is typically not applied to zinc-iron alloy coatings.
