Gr12 titanium alloy (TA10) is a near-alpha alloy containing 0.3% molybdenum and 0.8% nickel, providing enhanced crevice corrosion resistance in chloride and weak reducing acid environments.
Density: 4.51-4.54 g/cm³ for lightweight applications
Tensile strength: 483 MPa with 18% elongation
Melting point: 1632-1660°C for high-temperature performance
Excellent corrosion resistance in acids, bases, chloride ions, and seawater
