S10C / C10 / 1010 Low Carbon Steel Plate — Maximum Formability Grade
Our S10C (JIS) / C10 (EN) / 1010 (AISI) low carbon steel plate with just 0.08-0.13% carbon offers the ultimate in cold formability and ductility for the most demanding bending, spinning, roll forming, and stamping applications. In the fully annealed condition (HRB 40-60, elongation ≥30%), this grade can tolerate tight-radius bends and complex cold forming that would crack higher-carbon grades. Its low carbon content also ensures excellent spot and projection welding. Available from thin 0.5mm sheets to 5.0mm plates, this is the go-to general engineering material for Middle Eastern light fabrication workshops, Southeast Asian general engineering job shops, and African manufacturing facilities.
