INSTRUCTIONS

1. Crimp the tool handle to open the front panel jaws. |
|
2. Place a splice clip (teeth up) on the placement pins. |
|
3. Center both carrier tapes (cover tape up) on the pins, and secure with the clamps. |
|
4. Crimp the handle to connect the carrier tapes. |
| 5. Add a splice tape strip to the cover tape and press firmly to complete the splice. |
