Cleaning method |
1. It is usually recommended to clean a new filter element by backwashing it with clear water or using gas blowback. The backwash pressure should be higher than the operating pressure (e.g. 0.3 MPa) and the duration of the backwash should be 1-3 minutes. 2.Filter elements could be soaked in nitric acid solution below 5% or NaOH solution below 10% at room temperature, and then washed with water if the filtration effect is not ideal after backwash. |
