Aluminum Housing Dp Pressure Transmitter High Accuracy Differential Pressure Transducer
BP93420DIII differential pressure transmitter employs a piezoresistive silicon sensor. As the measured medium's differential pressure affects the corrugated diaphragms on both ends of the sensor, the Wheatstone bridge on the sensor chip produces an output signal that shows excellent linearity with the differential pressure. This allows for precise measurement of the differential pressure. The transmitter is ideal for conducting differential pressure measurements in diverse gas and liquid applications, particularly in industries like petroleum, chemical for pipeline installations.

Ordering tips:
1, temperature compensation, diffused silicon pressure sensor is semiconductor, semiconductor has strong temperature characteristics, no temperature compensation, measurement error may be relatively large.
2, the diffused silicon pressure sensor sensing diaphragm is only a few tens of meters thick, do not touch.
3, the power supply voltage to be stable, the sensor is actually a bridge, the power supply voltage fluctuation will cause the bridge output changes, affecting the measurement accuracy.
4, to be used within the rated voltage, overvoltage will lead to sensor damage.
5, the output end do not short circuit.
