BP157 Piezoresistive Diffused Silicon Pressure Transmitter
Introduction:
The sensor contains a thin silicon diaphragm that acts as the sensing element. The diaphragm is fabricated using microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) technology.piezoresistive resistors are diffused into the silicon diaphragm, forming a Wheatstone bridge circuit. These resistors change their resistance when the diaphragm deforms under pressure.When pressure is applied to the sensor, the silicon diaphragm deforms.
