Introduction of differential diffused silicon pressure sensor:
HT20V is The sensor consists of a silicon diaphragm with piezoresistive elements diffused into it, forming a Wheatstone bridge circuit. When differential pressure is applied across the diaphragm, it causes the diaphragm to deform. This deformation changes the resistance of the piezoresistive elements, unbalancing the Wheatstone bridge. The resulting voltage output is proportional to the differential pressure applied.
