316L Stainless Steel Pressure Sensor With Compensated Oil-filled Sensor Pressure Transducer Cell

316L stainless steel with compensated oil-filled sensor pressure transducer
Introduction:
HT15V is a silicon piezoresistive pressure sensor that integrates a highly stable diffused silicon sensing core. Utilizing the piezoresistive effect of diffused silicon, it provides accurate pressure measurement for both liquids and gases. This sensor is widely used in a variety of applications, such as air compressors and refrigeration systems.

| Ordering tips |
1. During assembly, ensure proper fit between the core and transmitter housing to meet all sealing specifications.
2. When installing the housing, maintain vertical alignment and apply even pressure to prevent jamming or damage to the compensation plate.
3. If the medium being measured is incompatible with the core diaphragm or housing material (316L), please specify this clearly when placing the order.
4. Do not press on the sensor diaphragm with hands or sharp objects, as deformation or puncture may damage internal components.
5. Keep the pressure port of the gauge core vented to the atmosphere, and prevent moisture, steam, or corrosive media from entering the negative pressure chamber.
6. In case of any changes to pin wiring, always refer to the actual label on the chip for correct connections.
