Dimensions

The overall length of the product is approximately 99.5 mm (with a tolerance of ±0.5 mm).
The diameter of the hexagonal part (SSCore) is about 25.2 mm.
The diameter of the copper rod connection part is M8 at one end and M16×1 at the other end, with corresponding diameters of ∅12 and ∅24 (with a tolerance of +0.1 mm).

Technical Requirements

It shall comply with YS/YGR - 9000 - 001 "Technical Conditions for Closed - type Refrigeration Compressor Motor Terminal".
The joint between the porcelain sleeve and the screw rod shall be sealed with adhesive.
The operating temperature range is - 30°C to +100°C.
The working pressure is 2.1 MPa, the test pressure is 3.2 MPa, and the minimum breaking pressure is 6.3 MPa.
The insulation resistance between the conductor and the shell shall not be less than 1000 MΩ.
Under full - load current of 200 A, voltage of 600 V, 1000 VAC, 60 Hz, the maximum leakage current is ≤5 mA within 1 min.
The component materials must be resistant to R22 and R134a refrigerants.
