Among its many features, the aluminum plastic board can be characterized by its luxury, distinctive shades, resistance to weather, corrosion and hitting, fire, moisture, noise and heat, and earthquake. Its privileges are extended by its low weight, easiness of modelling and transport.

Aluminum composite panels are light in weight yet boast an exceptional strength-to-weight ratio. When compared to aluminum sheets with equal stiffness(E.j), the mass per unit surface of aluminum composite panels is roughly 60% that of aluminum sheets, and just 30% of steel ones. These panels demonstrate a robust bond with significant 180° peel strength, and flexural fatigue performance that surpasses expectations. Additionally, aluminium composite panels are durable in various weather conditions, with an expected general lifespan of over two decades and no flaking of the coating. Furthermore, the surface coating of these panels is resistant to corrosion and acidic substances (10% H2S04), alkalis (10% NaOH), and saline fog,particularly PVDF fluorocarbon resin coating. In terms of wind load endurance, they meet the national grade A standard, catering to the needs of exterior decoration for high-rise buildings. Lastly, the central layer of these aluminum composite panels are composed of non-toxic polyethylene, sandwiched between two non-flammable thin aluminum sheets, making them fire-proof.
