    Our aluminum composite panels can be easily processed using both woodworking and metalworking tools, allowing for various operations such as cutting, sectioning, milling, perforating, compressing, folding, and bending. This enables precise fulfillment of architectural decorative needs, including designs like curves, reverse curves, small-radius bends, and both internal and external angles. Such versatility is uncommon in other decorative materials.

1. Sectioning: Tools range from manual to electric saws and ring saws.
2. Ridge Milling: After milling with a portable milling machine, the material can be shaped into various polyhedral forms.
3. Corner Reduction: After using perforation devices and corner reduction tools, integration is possible.
4. Binding: Can be combined using hot air devices and plastic welding rods.
5. Angle Forming: Desired angles can be achieved following ridge milling.
6. Bending: 3-point or 3-roll machines can be used for this purpose.
7. Marking: Screen print boards can be used for marking.
8. Fastening: Mechanisms such as rivets, nails, and automatic screws can be used.
9. Perforation: General punches can be used for perforating.
