Industrial PLC Combustion Furnace RL Series Overview
The RL Series PLC Combustion Furnace system includes two specialized pre-combustion furnace models designed for cement kiln applications, manufactured from durable carbon steel material.
RSC-I Pre-Combustion Furnace
Specifically engineered for mixing sludge and hazardous waste in cement kilns. This model addresses materials with low calorific value, high water content, and smaller disposal volumes. Features a narrower furnace body with fewer steps, operating without tertiary air or raw material introduction. Maximum production capacity reaches 10 tons/hour.
RSC-II Pre-Combustion Furnace
Optimized for blending and burning alternative fuels in cement kilns. Designed for materials with high calorific value, low water content, and larger disposal capacity. Features a wider furnace body with additional steps, requiring tertiary air and raw material introduction. Maximum production capacity reaches 30 tons/hour.
Key Technical Features
Advanced Airflow Disturbance System
Materials entering the furnace follow different trajectories in the airflow disturbance created by tertiary wind and air cannon systems. Light materials suspend in the furnace center for preheating and drying before entering the calciner. Heavy materials roll and burn across steps via air cannon action, with ash entering the calciner.
Integrated Design for Maximum Efficiency
Furnace body integrates directly with the calciner, allowing direct heat transfer from materials to the calciner. Hot raw meal introduction utilizes heat absorption principles to directly absorb material-generated heat while controlling furnace temperature.
Multifunctional Combustion Platform
Multi-layer composite structure decomposing combustion platform prevents refractory material cracking from high water-content materials like sludge. Hydraulic pusher at platform end efficiently removes coking from straw or high-organic materials.
