The ABB IRB 140 is a com­pact, 6 axis mul­ti­pur­pose robot with a pay­load of 6 kg and a reach of 810 mm. It offers 360 degrees of rota­tion, fast accel­er­a­tion, a large work­ing enve­lope, and the flex­i­bil­i­ty to be floor, sus­pend­ed, or wall mount­ed at any angle.

All mechan­i­cal arms are com­plete­ly IP67 pro­tect­ed. This helps make the ABB IRB 140 easy to inte­grate and suit­able for a vari­ety of appli­ca­tions includ­ing mate­r­i­al han­dling, arc weld­ing, assem­bly, and more!

The IRB 140 uses Mobil­gear­lube X320 oil for axes 1 – 3 and Opti­mol BM 100 oil on axes 4 – 6.
