Product introduction:
YYQW series organic heat carrier furnace is a horizontal coil structure heating equipment developed and designed on the basis of imported equipment from abroad. It is mainly composed of the body and the combustion chamber. The high temperature flue gas generated by the combustion of natural gas enters the body and exchanges heat with the organic heat carrier in the coil by means of radiation heat transfer and convective heat transfer. The closed circuit forced circulation of the organic heat carrier system is realized by the circulating oil pump, and the heat carrier obtained in the body serves as the heat source to supply the heat equipment.

Safe and reliable operation
Working process:
After gas combustion, the high temperature flue gas radiates heat through the inner coil, folds into the inner and outer coil interlayer from the upper part of the inner coil, absorbs heat by the interlayer convection, turns to the outside of the outer coil at the lower part of the outer coil to fully transfer heat, leaves the boiler after three return trips, and is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney.
