Product introduction:
DZL series boiler body in the overall structure of the upper cylinder, water wall tube and collecting box symmetrical arrangement of the form. The barrel is made of a cylinder with a diameter of 1400×14 and a front and back tube plate with a diameter of 1400×14. The water wall tube is a 51×3 boiler tube, the header is a 159×6 boiler tube, and the descending tube is a 133×6 boiler tube. The furnace of the boiler is equipped with a back arch and secondary air, and the combustion efficiency is high.
This series of boilers use the latest scientific research results, such as: arch tube plate, threaded smoke pipe, secondary air and other new technologies, better solve the shell boiler tube plate cracks, low thermal efficiency, insufficient output, poor fuel adaptability and other problems.

2. The threaded smoke pipe is used to strengthen heat transfer, improve the heat transfer coefficient and thermal efficiency, because the flue gas has a disturbance in the pipe. The smoke pipe is not easy to accumulate ash, and plays the role of self-cleaning.
3. The eight-figure flue in the furnace and the exit smoke window have a certain dust reduction effect. The original dust concentration of the boiler is controlled below the standard to ensure that the boiler dust emission reaches the national environmental protection regulations.
