Biomass commercial steam boiler chain grate uniformly charged
Product introduction:
DZL series biomass boiler is a single cylinder vertical type water fire tube shell type steam boiler, combustion equipment for the chain grate, the left and right sides of the furnace is equipped with fin film type water cooling wall, the inside of the furnace is a row of convection heating surface, threaded smoke tube convection heating surface is arranged in the cylinder.
The chain grate implements mechanical coal feeding, equipped with blower and induced draft fan to achieve mechanical ventilation, and equipped with scraper slag machine to achieve mechanical slag.
The boiler is divided into the upper and lower two parts of the whole factory, convenient and fast transportation, the site, the upper and lower two parts are upright and hoisted together, and the combined surface clearance is simply sealed to become a boiler with intact assembly and masonry.
Product characteristics:
1. The use of high-efficiency heat transfer threaded smoke pipe improves the heat transfer coefficient, and obtains the characteristics of enhanced heat transfer effect to achieve boiler temperature rise and fast pressure increase, and improves the thermal efficiency of the boiler.

4. The threaded smoke pipe is used to strengthen heat transfer, improve heat transfer coefficient and thermal efficiency, and adopt reasonable flue gas
The speed is conducive to the disturbance and erosion of smoke in the pipe, and the pipe will not accumulate ash and play the role of self-cleaning.
