Product introduction:
The fuel of TAIGUO DZH series industrial steam boiler enters the furnace and burns on the grate. The resulting smoke enters the two wing convection tube bundle along the bottom of the boiler barrel through the lower smoke outlet of the back arch after the first furnace wall, enters the threaded smoke pipe through the front smoke box, passes through the economizer and dust collector, and is pumped by the induced draft fan into the atmosphere through the chimney. By using the arch tube plate and the threaded smoke pipe to form the barrel, the barrel is changed from a quasi-steel body to a quasi-elastic body, and the tension in the tube plate area is eliminated and the stress is reduced. The smoke pipe in the tube plate is changed from two return trips to one return trips, which solves the problem of tube plate cracks.
