The LHS type gas oil steam generator is designed in two parts, the outer shell and the inner combustion chamber. Vertical oil gas steam boiler is vertical internal combustion fire tube steam boiler. The high temperature flue gas produced by the combustion of the burner scour the furnace liner and the threaded flue pipe with the spiral spoiler inserted successively from the top, and then drains into the atmosphere from the lower smoke chamber through the chimney. The boiler is equipped with the industrial burner with good technical performance. It adopts the advanced technology of automatic proportional adjustment of combustion, automatic adjustment of feed water, program start and stop, automatic operation, and has the automatic protection function of high and low water level alarm and extremely low water level, ultra-high steam pressure, flaring out. The boiler has the characteristics of compact structure, safety and reliability, simple operation, rapid installation, less pollution, low noise and high efficiency.

Packing and Shipping:

The Vertical Steam Boiler will be packaged and shipped in a secure cardboard box, which will be lined with foam padding for added protection. Inside the box, the boiler will be secured with straps and wrapped in bubble wrap for extra security. The box will also have an external label with the product description, specifications, and a list of contents. The box will be sealed with strong adhesive tape for added protection.
