Industrial autoclave is a key equipment widely used in autoclave maintenance of various building material products in building materials factory. Operation steps of steam supply:

A. Close the exhaust valve, the steam inlet valve of the kettle door and the connecting valve with the cylinder;
B. Check whether the kettle door is closed;
C. Open the steam inlet valve of the kettle door to make the sealing belt expand to seal;
D. Gradually open the autoclave inlet valve to control the temperature rise rate within the permissible range of the product;
E. When the temperature in the kettle rises to the specified constant temperature requirements, the intake valve is completely opened until the constant temperature ends;
F. Close the intake valve.
