Product introduction:
The feeding part of LRF series hot blast furnace adopts the dragon to independently feed and the auxiliary blower to assist the feeding. The material is spread out into the furnace to lay evenly through the feeding blast, which makes the fuel burn more fully and avoids the danger of tempering. The air volume of the hot blast furnace blows the normal temperature air into the furnace through the high-pressure fan. The heat exchanger passes through the furnace burning flame and flue gas at the first and second layers to exchange heat, so that the air temperature reaches the pure air temperature used by the user.

This product adopts multi-head spiral groove heat exchange and indirect heat transfer technology, the combustion and heat transfer design into an integrated, so that the product has the characteristics of compact structure, small footprint, easy installation and operation, large heat exchange intensity, fast heating, clean hot air, high thermal efficiency, stable performance and so on.
The combustion chamber and heat exchanger of the hot blast furnace are integrated into one, and the multi-layer sleeve structure of the whole steel plate is adopted. The lower part of the furnace core is the combustion chamber, the upper part and the surrounding part are the circular heat exchanger, and the air and flue gas are double return, and each carries out heat exchange in its own way.
