Product introduction:
The oil field oil gas steam boilers are 3 main sections: convention, transition and radiation sections. Our boilers can provide a high dryness (above 85%) steam and a thermal efficiency above 90%.
Product characteristics:
1. The furnace adopts wet back structure, full edge butt weld, high reliability, low maintenance cost. In addition, the advanced corrugated furnace structure not only enhances the heat transfer area, but also satisfies the free expansion of the furnace after heating.
2. The front and rear smoke boxes are integrated smoke boxes, and there is a team of open smoke box doors on the smoke boxes. The form is good in integrity, beautiful, generous, and light for maintenance and opening.
3. The explosion-proof device connected with the furnace is provided on the back panel of the boiler to prevent the fuel from violent deexplosion in the furnace, release the high energy generated instantly, and can automatically reset, and has the function of fire viewing mirror and inspection channel, using the adjustment of the combustion flame in operation, the furnace inspection and maintenance is convenient.

Electric control cabinet adopts PLC touch screen, display in English.
