Product Introduction:
DZL series boiler is a horizontal three-return water and fire tube chain grate boiler. The boiler body is arranged longitudinally in a single cylinder, the threaded pyrotechnics tube is arranged in the cylinder to form a convection heating surface, and the boiler cylinder and the water cooling wall on both sides form a radiation heating surface of the furnace. The combustion equipment adopts light chain grate; The whole quick pack form factory. The electric control realizes stepless speed regulation of grate, alarm of limit parameter and interlock protection. Widely used in chemical, food, wine, heating, paper, printing and dyeing, rubber and other industries.
Product advantage:
1. The convection tube in the cylinder adopts a rolled threaded smoke pipe to improve the rotation of the working medium and increase the heat transfer.
2. Using high thermal resistance material as insulation layer, good thermal insulation performance.
3. The threaded smoke pipe is used to strengthen heat transfer, improve the heat transfer coefficient and thermal efficiency, because the flue gas has a disturbance in the pipe. The smoke pipe is not easy to accumulate ash, and plays the role of self-cleaning.
