Product Introduction:

The SZS series boiler body is a double-drum, longitudinally placed, chamber-fired D-type layout structure, with the furnace on the right and the convection tube bundle on the left. It is fixed to the body chassis through the movable supports in the middle and at both ends of the lower drum, and the boiler as a whole expands to both ends. The furnace is surrounded by narrow-spaced tube membrane water-cooled walls. The membrane water-cooled wall on the left side of the furnace effectively seals and separates the furnace from the convection tube bundle. The rear part of the convection tube bundle area is a sparse row structure, and the front part is a row structure. The flue gas generated by the combustion in the furnace enters the burnout chamber and the convection tube bundle area from the smoke outlet at the tail of the furnace, and then turns from the front of the left side of the boiler to enter the spiral fin tube economizer and condenser, and then enters the flue and chimney to be discharged to the atmosphere.
