RI80 High Voltage Glass Glaze Film Resistor 2W-500W 1K -10K 100 Ohm Tube Power Non-inductive Resistor
Description
1. The RI80 series resistors use ceramic with an aluminum content of over 95% as the resistor substrate. A special thick-film glaze resistor material and a serpentine pattern design process are used to print the resistive film onto the ceramic substrate, giving the resistor high stability, precise accuracy, and high voltage resistance.
2. The leads are assembled by soldering copper caps or lead pins, pressing them into both ends of the ceramic rod, and then processing them into a resistor to provide a robust terminal electrode connection.
3. The resistor surface is coated with green or red high-voltage insulating and heat-dissipating paint, and after natural air drying, it is baked at high temperature.
Features
1. Resistors with power ratings from 1W to 500W, operating voltages from 10KV to 100KV, and high resistance values from 1K to 1000KM. Various resistance values, electrode terminals, and special resistance values can be provided by customers.
2. Capable of absorbing large amounts of energy in high-voltage environments while maintaining non-inductive/low-inductive and heavy-load characteristics. Custom designs and tight tolerances are available.
3. Compact size, stable performance, high precision, and high voltage resistance.
Dimension
Application
1. High-voltage systems: such as high-voltage frequency converters and high-voltage electrical appliances, voltage divider circuits, and high-voltage power electronics.
2. Used in environmental protection equipment, medical equipment, electrostatic precipitators, power systems, instruments, etc.
3. Arc suppression circuits for capacitors, high-voltage buffer circuits.
4. Pulse modulators, imaging equipment, impulse voltage generators, etc. (AC/DC or pulse circuits).
