Production Process

Wood materials are chipped, crushed, and dried to specifications: 5mm length, 5mm width, 200mm height, with moisture content below 12%.
2. Glue Mixing
Dried materials are evenly mixed with adhesive for optimal bonding.
3. Extrusion
High-pressure, high-temperature extrusion creates continuous wood strips as semi-finished products.
4. Cutting
Compressed block cutting machine precisely cuts continuous strips into final block sizes.
