Oil temperature: the normal operating temperature of A2F series pump/motor is generally - 25 ℃~80 ℃, * no more than 90 ℃. When the temperature is lower than 10 ℃, heating measures shall be taken. b. Medium viscosity: the viscosity range of working medium shall be 16-43mm2/s (centigrade cell). When the seasonal temperature difference is too large to meet the viscosity requirements, the working medium shall be replaced. c. The oil filtering accuracy is good. The oil filtering accuracy is 5~10um. The low oil filtering accuracy is not more than 25um. 2. The common working pressure of the pump/motor shall not exceed the rated value, and the common working speed is recommended not to exceed 60% of the * value. The instantaneous value shall not exceed the * value. Generally, the continuous use shall not exceed 1 minute, and the accumulated working time of each shift shall not exceed 10%. 3. The allowable pressure for oil leakage in the inner cavity of the shell is 0.1Mpa.

Installation requirements

A. The pump, motor and prime mover or angle load shall be connected by elastic coupling, and the connection coaxiality shall not exceed 0.1mm.

b. When installing the coupling, hammering shall not be used, and the matching shall be selected reasonably.

c. The bracket for installing pump and motor shall have enough rigidity to prevent vibration.

d. When installing the pump and motor, the leaking oil port must be at the * position, and the leaking oil pipe must be higher than the * point of the pump and motor to ensure that the pump and motor housing are full of oil.

e. When the pump is self-priming, the installation position of the pump should be lower than the low liquid level of the oil tank.

f. The pipe head and pipe fittings connected with the pump and motor shall be strictly cleaned, and no sundries and rust are allowed in the pipe.
