Product Description:
Hex-mesh is a hexagonal cellular mesh grating specifically designed to reinforce both linings and flooring. It serves as a surface support system to fix cement or refractory materials in place and decreases the stress level of the lining's upper layer, thus preventing any risk of cracking and delamination.
The special structure and strong build-quality of Hex-mesh makes it highly resistant to abrasion and corrosion, considerably lengthening its lifespan. The metal cellular grid of this mesh is also capable of reflecting hot gases away from the surface, reducing the possibility of the refractory being attacked by them.
