Application Guidelines
Two-component system must be applied within 2 hours after mixing with curing agent. Unused material should not be returned to original containers. Prepare only required quantities to minimize waste.
Mixing Requirements: Strictly follow specified proportions and mix thoroughly to ensure proper drying and uniform color distribution.
Curing Conditions: Avoid exposure to rain or liquids before complete drying. Ensure adequate ventilation during application. Not recommended for use during rainy, snowy, or foggy conditions.
Surface Preparation: For extended coating intervals (over 15 days), roughen previous paint surface and remove contaminants to ensure proper intercoat adhesion.
Tool Maintenance & Storage
All application tools and containers must be clean and dry. Do not mix tools used for water-based and oil-based paints.
Storage Conditions: Store in cool, dry, well-ventilated areas away from heat sources and open flames.
