MS Car Paint Series - 2K Solid Color Tinters

Features:
It is a bi-component automotive refinish paint series, offering a high-quality single coat system suitable for cars. Curable under room temperature or low-temperature baking, it boasts fast drying, high hardness, high gloss, bright color, excellent covering power, and easy spraying.

Mixing Ratio:
2K Tinters: Hardener: Thinner = 2: 1: 0.2-0.5 (volume ratio)

Applicable Period:
At 20 ℃, for about 3 hours.

Drying Time:
At 20 ℃, 40 minutes for surface dry, 12 hours for thorough dry. With 60 ℃ baking, 40 minutes for thorough dry.

Package:
1L *12, 1L *6, 4L *4

Storage Period:
At 20 ℃ with original seal, can store more than 18 months.

1K Tinters

Features:
A high-quality automotive base coat series, offering a two-coat and three-coat system suitable for cars. Includes silver, pearl, or solid color tinters. Boasts excellent covering power, metallic effect, and easy spraying.

Mixing Ratio:
1K Tinters: Thinner = 1: 1-1.2 (volume ratio)

Spraying:
Wet spray for two to three layers, with a flash-off time between layers of 5-15 minutes.

Package:
1L *12, 1L *6, 4L *4

Storage Period:
At 20 ℃ with original seal, can store more than 18 months.

Note:
For spraying a large automotive area, we recommend adding 5% hardener, then spraying varnish.
