Application Process
Surface Preparation
- Clean substrate thoroughly with degreaser
- Sand with 800#-1000# sandpaper
- Re-clean and degrease after sanding
- Ensure surface is dry and in good condition
Spraying Technique
- Apply 2-3 coats using wet spraying method
- Allow 5-10 minutes flash-off between coats
- Let paint film stand for 10-15 minutes before baking
