A: It adds high-efficiency UV absorbers and light stabilizers inside the formula. It effectively blocks ultraviolet rays, slows blue pigment fading, chalking and discoloration, and maintains bright blue gloss for years under outdoor exposure.
A: Ordinary blue pigments lack UV protection. If you skip UV-resistant clear coat or use low-quality thinner, UV rays will break down color pigments. Our UV-resistant blue base reduces fading, and matching anti-UV clear coat further improves weather resistance.
A: Mix paint, hardener and thinner strictly per ratio; use 1.3–1.4mm spray gun nozzle at 2.8–3.2bar air pressure. Apply 2–3 even thin coats, leave 10–15 mins flash-off, then spray high-gloss clear coat. Bake at 60℃ for 30 mins to maximize gloss.
