0.22 Micron Hydrophobic PTFE Membrane with Polypropylene Backing
Our expanded PTFE (ePTFE) membranes are manufactured using fine powder resin expanded into a three-dimensional microporous structure with billions of microscopic pores. The hydrophobic and non-stick properties of PTFE enable effective particulate removal from membrane surfaces. These membranes are laminated onto nonwoven polypropylene backing for enhanced dimensional stability and mechanical strength, preventing curling and enabling aggressive processing in most disc filter applications.
